Why do some votes get discarded on the polls?

Good Luck!

Yes, what Raven is saying is that if you click on "discard vote" before you vote, you will see the results but won't be able to vote on it.

Ok..I think I get it.  Votes are not discarded by the person who initiated the poll, but, rather, by a person who voted, and then, for some reason, discarded their vote.

        Good Luck!

when you open up a post with a poll suppose you don't want to vote on any of the choises but instead would rather discard your vote either because none of the questions applied to you or you wanted to see how others voted.

but once you discard your vote as Rickg said you cannot change your mind and vote again as you disguarded you vote.
