  A neat trick you can do with the Tier 2 (and higher) number list(s):

  If you want to get the set of combos with all the duplicates removed, just copy the tier of numbers, paste into Inspector, and check the boxes for removing the duplicates (check all three boxes).

  I did that for your Tier 2 numbers above, and I got:
