    so history tells us to play when the current skip is near the max skip or should we be looking for the diamonds that are past the max skip.

    ur thoughts because i've started looking at somethings.

      My strategy would be to group certain sets like this together that are within 90% of their MAX SKIP or at their MAX SKIP. Whereas I think that these numbers are live and ready to hit, I would prefer to bet them with another group of boxed number sets that are near or at their max as well.
