According to their website, on 08/15/06 their numbers matched three 1446 times with MegaMillions winning numbers which implies for their numbers to do that good at least 1446 combinations had to be played.  Who can afford to spend $1500 dollars per drawing?

I admit I haven't been to their web site and I really must go to see how many Pick-3 combinations you have to buy to play their picks.

Anyway, with MegaMillions if they manage let's say 5 winning numbers among a larger field you'd have to wheel, that's 10 ways to form three number groups. How many times do you suspect those ten three number groups appear among all the combinations in the game?  Could that be the source of their brag?  BobP
