IE Spell is the spell-checker that works with Lottery Post's rich text editor, and also supports a powerful set of features for use in any web page, once it's installed.
Naturally, as indicated by its name, it only works in Microsoft Internet Explorer (it does not work in Firefox or Safari).
There is a new version of IE Spell that I've made available for download. (Version 2.5.1) Anyone who has installed an older version can easily upgrade by clicking the link and following the normal install procedures.

The new version has some great capabilities for looking up words on other sites, such as Wikipedia.
The list of enhancements includes:
- "Check Spelling" in Internet Explorer's right click menu now shows only when in edit mode.
- Extended "Lookup Meaning" feature to any number of online search services.
- Allow each user on the PC to maintain their own custom online dictionary list.
- Installer now adds "Lookup on Merriam Webster" and "Lookup on Wikipedia" in IE's right click menu by default.
- "Look up meaning" feature via right click menu for any word/phrase on the page.
- Added more info about ieSpell in the "Add or Remove Programs" applet.
- Allow user to change the location of the custom dictionary (either copy or move) in the "Edit Custom Dictionary" dialog.
- Added persistent window placement (survive shutdown) with a user override option (default is on).
- Multi-language support - core application has been revamped to support localization. Able to spell check in other languages, and the UI itself will be displayed in that language.
- Added option to choose preferred online reference dictionary to check the meaning of an unknown word.
- Added ability choose to show or hide the ieSpell items in the browser's right click context menu. (This feature is especially useful for users with multiple logon accounts on a PC as the default install only sets up the right click options for the windows account that performed the install.)
- Added ability to remove all the custom dictionaries during the uninstall process.
- Added option to ignore words with underscore in them.
