            Hi hillbilly,

Okay, here's what I do with the program.

Take Michigan for instance since you play there.

Come up with a group of picks using any method you know of.

You should try and come up with about 14 picks for the midday and 14 for the evening.

I do this either on Sunday or Monday. These will be all single combos. No doubles, ect...

That will be your main list of picks that you will play off of for the week.

Now, use the program and type in the hit frequency digits from as long a period as you

can find. I like to use the 1,000 day period. You'll have 158 picks from the Extractor.

Put your 14 picks and all of the Extractor's picks into the Deflate tool here at LP.

Tier #2 will be the new list for the week.

Go to the Inspector here at LP and load those Tier #2 picks into that.

Use the filters and only select the OOEE, HHLL, SUM 14 thru 26. These are your best shot at getting a hit.

            That's about it.

That's just my way of doing it.

If you like to change picks daily, that's fine too.

            Just rinse and repeat.

I should add one thing that will help you know when your group of picks should be changed.

If the Extractor's picks and your own picks when deflated only leave you with around 65% of your

original picks left in the Tier #2, then it's time to discard your picks and come up with some more.

I have another program that generates 14 picks for the week and I play all states mid and eve.

Once, the Deflate Tier #2 leaves me with just 9 or less picks, I know that list is probably dead for

              the rest of the week.

If you used 14 picks to start off with, then once the list got down to about 9 the list would

probably be ready to be changed.

14 is a good amount, though. You might try that.

Hi Steve I down loaded your program and am wondering  if there is a way to format the out put so I can use it Ion Saliu's Mdiedit 4 that gives results in a single  column down the left side of the screen

then I can use the check for winners to fine tune and check for winners

Well, I THINK I do anyway. Famous last words, but I'll be posting a pick 3 tool download soon in this forum.

Not the same as the pick 4 technique.

Thanks for your latest innovation, Steve.

One question comes immediately to mind.

These Pick 4 singles combos generated by your Pick 4 Extractor Tool ( no doubles, triples, or quad combos )...This tool spits out 75 to 80 % of the 210 total possible boxed P4 combinations? Is that the idea? I noticed that it does not repeat combos, and that the combos are not list listed as boxed bets from lowest to highest digits within a combo, so this must not have been intended to be a tool to minimize bets on Pick 4 boxed combos. Am I correct?

Would you bet the output as 158 STRAIGHT bets?

In claiming that you would most likely have a hit listed in the output of that Tool for about 80% of the time when only singles combos are drawn, did you imply boxed hits, or that STRAIGHT hits would be in your output list? What has been your experience? Thanks.

                          Hi Jack,

This tool basically eliminates 52 of the 210 possible combos that would tend to include the cold end of the frequency digits.

Box bets rather than straights are the only thing I  work with.

I use the list to compare it with other predictor's picks using Deflate here at LP.

It helps to cut down on the picks that most likely won't show from the preditor's list.

If you have a Pick 4 system for picking numbers, then the tool can help to triangulate onto

the best picks to play while helping you to cut back your cost of playing too many picks.

But playing 158 picks can be suicide, to be honest with you, even though you will

win most of the time that a singe is draw. It's the non-single draws that will get you in the end.
