$3,250,000 It is finally getting up there again. I have had some decent wins, but nothing major yet. I am still working on it. Big Smile Glad to finally see some more rolls for a change.

On the 21th players from Pennsylvania will be able to play a pick6 game in Ohio again as they did years ago for $1 when the jackpot use to go about $20M regularly.  As I remembered a guy from your state won a jackpot over $40M and had to split it between his girl friend and estranged wife.  He and his wife had separated years before and he just kind of forget he was still married until she sued him for a share of his winnings.  I think he ended up with no girl friend, no wife and no money.

Ohio Classic Lotto will be a 6/49 game that will cost $1 to play and will pay $1500 for a match5, $70 for a match4 and $2 for a match3.  I doubt if the jackpot will get as big as it did years ago because now all the surrounding states have similar games and it's unlikely as many out of state players will be coming to Ohio to play as did years ago.

Nope. The record is $5,850,000 back in May 2005.

This game originally cost $1.00 with a number field of 69, yes 69 numbers.

When sales dropped they reduced the number field to 49 numbers but INCREASED the ticket price to TWO Dollars!

At the same time, they emasculated (reduced) prize amounts on all tiers: 6 of 6; 5 of 6 ,4 of 6, etc., making it difficult to win "millions" since the jackpot starts off very very low.

Match 6 is thus SPLOTCH 6 or BOTCHED 6 !

I must have missed that, probably when I was playing a record powerball jackpot or something. Either way, if I win I hope it is not a split.
