Today I bought some lotto tickets on my way home from work. I stopped at a Shell and bought a quick pick and then I went to another store and played some of my usual numbers and another QP. Both my quick picks have the same two numbers in a row. Has this ever happend to you? Should I play a round with those numbers?

P.S

 31-33 were the #'s

It happens, and is not surprising, it's almost common.

Just remember: all you have to do is be off by one number, and you lose (the jackpot).

One time bought a quick pick for Little Lotto (5/39), didn't hit anything on it, went to the same store the next day and the first four numbers were the same!

I thought that was a little weird, still didn't hit anything though.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.
