"the same six numbers in succession"
I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but whether you're asking if the same six numbers have ever repeated, or if the same six were drawn in the same order, the answer is almost certainly no. I don't know if MUSL is checking to see if it happen, but I'm sure plenty of other people are and when it does happen we can expect a lot of noise about it.
PB is about 10 years old, so let's figure there have been 1000 drawings. That would mean that each time a new combination is drawn there are 1000 chances for it to match a previously drawn combination. With the current odds of about 1 in 145 million, there's only a 1 in 145,000 chance it will happen on any given drawing, and about a 1 in 13,500 chance it will happen in the next year. In another 5 years there will have been about 1500 drawings, so the odds for the next drawing will be 1500 in 145 million, or about 1 in 96,667. The odds of a repeat in the year after that will be better than the odds of winning pick 3 with a single number, but that's still a long shot. A repeat isn't a certainty until there have been 145 million drawings (assuming the matrix doesn't change), but there's a fair chance it could happen in the next 10 years, again assuming the matrix doesn't change.
