It won't do any good if they won't let you access your off shore acct. That's already happened in New York this week.

Just a clarification. The Internet Gaming Law was spearheaded by Bill Frist, a Republican. It was passed by a Republican majority Congress and signed into law by a Republican President.
The Income tax began during the Civil War under Abraham Lincoln, a Republican president.

      For the record ..... are you a Democrat? Noticed you were from the land of ........ ........... Democrats? LOL

  If my History serves me correctly.... not all the States were involved or present when that "Republican" edit on income tax was imposed.
   I think about half of the States were out that day . LOL

Chaz, No, I'm a Libertarian. I just happened to know that the Democrats were not behind the internet gambling fiasco or the income tax abomination. I just wanted to set the record straight.

My Aunt Mitty was a Librarian so I can relate.
So ....what your saying is ....President Bush's party actually freed the Slaves..... but killed INTERNET gambling? I guess that makes sense when taken as a whole. I'll think about it in that pespective and see if that makes me feel any better. LOL

I don't understand that kind of humor. That really is prediction foolishness nothing else.  How can you make that work? You can't.

If you play these numbers in your particular state each day ...then you will hit almost half the time a Single number hits.
This year in NC..... if NC draws 365 days a year they will end up the year with around 262 Single number hits. About half of those will come from the Secret List.
NC will have around 120 hits from the Secret Numbers list this year.   If you never change the digit position order..... you will hit about 20 Straights this year too.
So.... 120 hits ..... and 20 Straight Hits this year from the list.

If all of that is just to many numbers for you..... play only half of them each day. The result will be about half of the above results.
Around 60 hits this year.... and ... about 10 Straight Hits.

   If you can figure a way to feel when doubles are about to hit and lay out on those days ...... you will lose even less money this year.

Check out NC this year so far. Only 25 draws this year. Of the draws up until now.... 6 of them have been doubles. That leaves us with 19 Singles drawn so far.

Of the 19 Singles.... 10 came from the Other Group

9 came from the Secret Group.

and....one of the Secret Group was a Straight .

Please notice one or two things here.... if you had waited until there were 2 doubles in a row and played the next days only. You would have won both times ! You don't have to play every day.... pick your spots.

Your odds there were about ...50/50

Also....note the Secret numbers already played so far.... maybe you could cut those out of the herd for a while ...not play those and save a little more that way. Etc. Etc....

this isnt a magic set of numbers..all it is is a set of numbers that are in numerical order elimating the 2 groups that carry the most numbers..000-099 group..and 111-199 group..0 and 1 group in numerical order carries the bulk of all pic 3 numbers and pic 4 numbers..what you have here in this list is the upper groups..also there are no doubles in this group..you will get hits out of this group for sure..but it isnt a magic set of numbers..check your state..see what your average is or any state..go to search results key in 0 and then key in 1 on the next line search your state for all combos that showed in one year that has had a 0 or 1 in it..should be about 9 pages..20 results per page is 180 average..and that is not counting all the doubles which will push the total combos coming out over 200 for sure,leaving SAID MAGIC LIST to produce the rest of the hits..

Now I went back and keyed in all the doubles to get an average for all the doubles..didnt use 00 or 11 because they should have showed when I ran 0 and 1 combos..so I keyed in 22,33,44,55,66,77,88,99 got 5 pages 20 results per page say 100 for good measure..180 for 0and 1 combo..another 100 hits per year for all the doubles..that is 280..that leaves about 85 hits out of that group per year..or say..one hit out of that entire group every what 4 point something draws..

EXCALIBUR Lama says that the Deflate tool can be used for finding out which numbers do come out the most often for any given state and also for all states, by the use of "Tiers" or whatever they are called, CalifDude Lama did something like that at one time long ago.
Using that technique the EXCALIBUR Lama made a test and won almost on every draw and on one or more straight, but only for the first week or so until the states got wise to this and put a stop to the winnings, but the numbers were never bought, it was only a test, the numbers were posted on the pick 3 forum long ago.
At that time the Excalibur Lama called his secret numbers "Generic Good numbers".
Long ago the Excalibur Lama also had a set of "80 Best Numbers" that were also tested a few times and that gave many winning numbers.
Since then the Excalibur Lama has abandoned those sets of numbers.
As a "Filters Adept" the Excalibur Lama does not have much trouble making sets of good numbers.

EXCALIBUR is no more that "Handle" is dead, gone.
Maybe sometime in the future I might come back as LANTERN again, but maybe not, if I don't come back as LANTERN in the future then I won't come back at all, but as I said there is no more EXCALIBUR.
