  Well, it's a tie at one apiece as of 10:08 PM eastern. That mean I must make the tie-breaking vote.

  And here it's no contest. Louisiana has a good game, but there's one problem, I can't play it as the LA legislature thinks being 18 is old enough to give yourself cancer through tobacco use and to be dropped into Basra with nothing but an AK-47 and a couple of bullets, but for the next 3 years you're still too stupid to buy f**king lottery ticket. It's a bigotry that certain politicians think is perfectly accpetable, including the Louisiana Lottery. And it's a bigotry that the people of the otherwise great state of Louisiana, particularly those between 18-20, does not deserve.

  The state of Florida, on the other hand, respects (for the most part) the age of majority, and therefore gets my tie-breaking vote.
