There is a FULL MOON on April 2, 2007 in Libra (12 Libra 35), which is also the beginning of Passover. At the Full Moon in Venus-ruled Libra, the scene is a FIXED T-square to ruling planet Venus. Venus, starring as the focal planet, squares Neptune in Aquarius and Saturn in Leo. The pressure is on. Are you going to be socially correct or are you going to follow your dreams, even if both sides represent a major challenge and neither promises success?

Are you obsessed with finding the perfect relationship, the perfect friends, the perfect wardrobe, and all the money you want? What is perfect? Are you perfect? Do you see others as perfect or more perfect than yourself? The concept of perfection can influence how much you enjoy April 2007. If you are obsessed with being perfect and seeing nothing but the flaws in yourself and others, you may feel constantly disappointed and disillusioned. And you might even blame others, making your situation worse and improvement even farther away.

Does this mean potential mass murderers' conceptual continuities are askew?  Or does the moon set off small-minded mass murderers?

Long before his shooting rampage, Cho had been identified--by cops and courts, not just English teachers--as dangerous and ill. At least as early as 2005, female students were alarmed enough by Cho's approaches to call campus police. On December 13, 2005, a Montgomery County magistrate issued a temporary-detention order deeming Cho mentally ill, in need of hospitalization and "an imminent danger to himself or others." A second court concurred in the "imminent danger" diagnosis but did not seek a hospital commitment.

Yes. This psychopath had a definite mental problem. No doubt.  No excuses. This murderer is an anomaly.  The only thing we can be thankful for is that he is not going to propagate his genes.
