Are 2nd chance tickets "tighter" than regular scratchers?
Because people are going to send them in for a 2nd chance, do they not pay as much compared to non-2nd chance tickets?
Granted, the posted odds of "winning overall any prize including a free play) posted on the back of the tickets, but what's your experience with them?
Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.
There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.
