For any Pick-6 game the following is the best wheel ever made for both prize winning power vs cost to play. There are larger wheels more powerful and much more costly, but this one is your best bet until you win enough to play on the state's money.
Place holder pointer numbers 12
01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09-10-11-12
Exchange your numbers for mine in the combinations below.
01-02-03-04-05-06
01-02-03-07-05-09
01-02-03-10-11-12
04-05-06-07-08-09
04-05-06-10-11-12
07-08-09-10-11-12
The overall wheel guarantees a 4# prize if all six winning numbers fall among the twelve you are wheeling.
In addition the first and last nine numbers form two independent wheels within the whole where if five of the winning numbers fall among the first or last nine you win a 4# prize.
Want more . . .
As you can see, there are four groups of three numbers each. Select your numbers carefully and group them in sets of three you believe will hit together. If any two groups are correct you win a jackpot. If any group of three is correct and a group of two you win a 5# prize. If any three groups have two correct you win multiple four number prizes. If any two groups have two correct you will have one four number prize.

That there's everyone's problem. Wheels are like the gears in your transmission, all prefected waiting for someone to invent a prediction engine that works to drive the dang thing.
There are plenty of small tight big prize winning wheels if only you knew what numbers to play. Or big sloppy wheels for lots of numbers trying to get lucky, but the guaranteed prize (if any) is worth less then the cost to play.
The 4if6in12number6line wheel takes 42 lines when extended to 18 numbers, after that it's not cost effective at all unless you have a way to predict winning numbers that works.
