  Recently read a post by atomic dog on his union jack method. Was wondering does somebody have this method in excel spreadsheet. All of the links in the original post no longer seem to work. Interested in backtesting this method in the state of Kentucky.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. You can just post a link to the spreadsheet.
