I tried to purchase 10 Cash 3 tickets (7-7-7) today for the NC Lottery and was refused by the retailer who told me that the state had refused to issue any more 7-7-7 numbers for today because "too many" had already been sold!  I have sent an email to the lottery in Raleigh but they have not yet responded.

Has anyone else come across this situation?  It appears to me to be a dead-to-rights ripoff and proof that the NC Lottery is just plain crooked.

Does anyone agree?  Disagree?

Comments will be appreciated.

This is standard/common practice with almost all state lotteries, if I'm not mistaken?!

      I am a money magnet.
