For those who might fancy the occasional lottery system on ebay, I just purchased "Dad's Guide To Guaranteed Lotto Profits" the author claims his dad was a consistant lotto winner who recently passed away saying to give his system to the public.

Well dad must have bought a copy of the Professor Jones' book Winning Lotto for Everyday Players available from Amazon (click the Amazon ad on the left column).  Anyway it is same Positional Frequency system for Pick-3 with a few minor word changes as the Jones' book describes.

Of course it's always possible two people will come up with the same simple system, but not the same rules for ties, etc.

When I read such stories I always wonder if the seller really expect anyone to believe his story.  He's doing as Dad would have wanted by giving selling it to the public instead of selfishly using it himself to make money.

There is no shortage of people looking for a quick fix.

Quite often, you see a new member asking if anyone has a system that can help them win p3/p4, like someone is just sitting there waiting for the request to come in. Crazy

Even more popular, are those threads where a person just posts numbers for a certain state each day. Those threads, far and away, get more views than even the "how-to" threads.

In neo-conned Amerika, bank robs you.
Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms should be the name of a convenience store, not a govnoment agency.

Of course.  Some people are overwhelmed with choosing some numbers to  play and so they look for numbers specific to their state's game, rather than "any state".  The fact is that anyone can throw up 20 combinations in the Pick 3 for instance, say its for "any state" and then get several hits within a week and look like a genius.  For anyone who wants to play around with this, just use Todd's RNG here on LP and have it give you 20 combos, then follow them in all states for a week.  You should see a number of hits.

Unfortunately, you won't know which ones will hit and where, until after they do.  And if you played all 20, in all state games for a week, you'd lose your shirt.

I can put a list here that will hit in several states each day. More than 20 numbers though. I prefer to try and figure out a specific state. Thats a challenge!!

Not just more of a challenge, but it really is the true test of ability/systems vs "any state".
