I think Barry Bonds will hit Home Run #756 at home against the Left Handed reliever in San Francisco. The starter of the opposing team will retire Barry Bonds. However, when the left handed reliever came in on a no balls 2 strikes count, he threw a hanging breaking ball at Bonds, Bonds hits the ball out of here at McCovey Cove, the same Home run he passed Willie Mays for #661, and he hit #500.

Of course he will hit # 756... the question is when...

He looked pretty tight last night.

When he relaxes it will happen.

Of course, he will hit it, but who cares, I sure don't. He and all the rest of the steriod users have disgraced the game. They should put an asterick by the record *****Steriods*****

barry bonds hit 756.they showed a video tribute from hank aaron.most people seem to think its tainted.barry bonds being a complete jerk doesn't help his case any.bud selig and hank aaron both have made it clear in subtle ways that they are not happy with the record being broke.don't worry though because alex rodriguez will break it in the next decade.enjoy your tainted record while it lasts...mr. bonds.

Regardless of what the record books say with asterisks or not, Babe Ruth is still the home run king in my book...no steroids, just booze.  Now that is an accomplishment!

Maybe now we can actually watch something without hearing his name or being interrupted with his at-bats...

Thanks for moving it to gaming forum Todd. Whoever boted and picked against left handed pitcher at home, you're right. The home run was off of Washington Nationals starter left hander Gary Bascik.

                            I Agree!

WRT  to Mark McGuire--I believe that MLB had (foolishly) not actually prohibited the use of steroids when he had his glory days so another asterisk should be placed next to his name after the one that says ***Steroids***.  This one should say  **Du-umb***.  One of the unfortunate side effects of steroids is overconfidence that translates to "I'll never get caught and even if I am. . .it doesn't matter"

His two most recent home runs are against right handers Tim Redding of the Washington Nationals and Matt Morris (former teammate of San Francisco Giants) of the Pittsburgh Pirates.
