  First, I should make it clear that the educated guess proposed here is geared toward the evening game in all four of the following states: CA, IL, MI and KY (not just Kentucky eve).

   

  Tuesday Eve's drawn numbers brought us four steps closer to historic Max Out for the Sum 21 thru 27 group in the evening CA, IL, MI, KY  "game".

  86 skips now without one of the following 23 boxes:

  399, 489, 499, 579, 588, 589, 599, 669, 678, 679, 688, 689, 699, 777, 778, 779, 788, 789, 799, 888, 889, 899, 999
  

  Spanning a long history of 14,697 draws,  CA, IL, MI, KY  has seen a hit from this group every 11.7 draws, on average.  The three longest skips have been 70 skips, 86 skips (that's the stretch we're in the midst of right now) and 108 skips (historic Max Out has been 108). 

  Very good chance that one or more of these four states will see at least one hit from this group within the next few nights.

  I should stress that I don't have a whole lot of confidence in this necessarily happening tonight or tomorrow  (although that would be ideal, of course)........... but I do love the fact that such a high percentage of the boxes in this grouping of numbers fall into the double or triple category, with their corresponding higher payouts! 

  That helps considerably to make jumping in at this point in time worth the gamble, for me......

  Now we're looking at the following scenario, heading into Thursday night's games:

  90 skips in the CA, IL, MI, KY "game" without one of the following 23 boxes:

  399, 489, 499, 579, 588, 589, 599, 669, 678, 679, 688, 689, 699, 777, 778, 779, 788, 789, 799, 888, 889, 899, 999
