  Finally, Brasil is the winner of something ...
  

  There is a ADS of this on the Caixa Economica Federal (the Bank that run the lotteries).

  The Loterias da Caixa is the sponsor of the sport events. The TV ads is about it .

  Caixa mean something like "Box". It is where people get the money for buying houses or cars, Food or study for something like Sport events ... 

  Obviously, this like most of the other stuff is and was very controversy on Brazil ! Ask about it for the winners of the Official PAN RIO 2007 ...

   

  4,5 % Sports, National Secretary.

  3 % National Fund of Culture

  1,7% Brazilian Olympic Committee.

  0,3% Brazilian PARAOLYMPIC Committee.

  7,8 % for the Financial Fund of Students.

  3% National Penitentiary Fund.

  13,8% Tax
