Thought I would present this idea and see if it has any merit.
I've been tracking 10 states (combined Midday and Evening draws):
1. Georgia
2. Kentucky
3. Maryland
4. Michigan
5. New Jersey
6. New York
7. Ohio
8. South Carolina
9. Tri-States
10. Virginia

So far I have 119 drawings and a Triple VTRAC has hit a total of 57 times or 49.7%.
The longest Skip in the last 119 draws was 13 skips.

If you notice the Skip Chart a Triple VTRAC will repeat 17 times, hit 10 times after a skip of 1 draw and hit 9 times after 2 skips.
So looking at this Skip Chart the ideal time to play is after a hit and stop play altogether after 2 skips.

There were 10 instances when 2 out of the 10 states hit a Triple VTRAC twice and 1 instance when 3 states hit a Triple VTRAC
Midday today (Thursday November 8, 2007) 2 states (Georgia 833 VTRAC 444 & Ohio 555 VTRAC 111) hit a Triple VTRAC
Currently the skip is at zero (0) so the evening draw would be a good bet to play.
The question is what state or states do you play. Do you play a state that has not hit a Triple VTRAC for awhile:

New Jersey has not hit a Triple VTRAC in 31 draws
South Carolina has not hit a Triple VTRAC in 24 draws
Maryland has not hit a Triple VTRAC in 21 draws.

What I've been doing is tracking and sorting digits by position and assigning a letter to each of the VTRAC digits.
So the longest out VTRAC digit I would assign the letter A and a VTRAC Digit that just hit I woul assign a Letter "E".
After all 10 states have drawn their combos I would then sort the VTRAC digits.

So in the first 2 columns above for Georgia (GA) you see the VTRAC 5 and it is currently out 4 draws in all 3 Positions and that VTRAC 5 is assigned the letter "A". VTRAC "1" would be assigned the letter "B", VTRAC 2 would be assigned the letter "C", VTRAC 3 would be assigned the letter "D", and VTRAC 4 would be assigned the letter "E".

Now my questions are:
1. Do we play the 1,2, or 3 states that have NOT hit a Triple VTRAC?
2. Do we play the Letter Designations that have not hit recently

Of course no one would ever play all these combinations and expect make a profit.
But what if you narrowed your selections to Maryland, New Jersey, and South Carolina.
You would only play when the skip is either 0, 1, or 2.
Any thoughts on this???
