where I can find a number combination generator? IE: 123 can give 321, 231, 132 etc

      "123" and "ABC" can be arranged in 6 different ways. If you want to arrange "123" the six different ways, use the find and replace feature in an editor like NotePad.  You can rearrange any three number group the same way.

      ABC ACB BAC BCA CAB CBA

      A=1 B=2 and C=3 gets 123 132 213 231 312 321
