We've seen this before but it happened again the other night- Chicago USUALLY broadcasts the news at 9:00 P.m. Central time.
The drawing is at 9:22.
But every now and then, they just skip the news entirely and show America's Funniest Videos - AFV.
I mean hello, you know, this is one of the major cities in the country. Does the news crew all hang at some bar or the race track or something? No news in Chicago on some nights?
I understand that newscasts are delayed when sports are on, but AFV reruns?
Just curious, if anyone knows why they do this please do let us know what the deal is.
Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.
There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.
