        Who is Scott Piel?

Scott Piel is the author of Lottoman software sold mainly through Lotto World Magazine untill they folded, then he sold it to someone who was going to "make it work" who renamed it "The Winning Ticket" and released one buggy beta and vanished.  Scott also played the Lotto World Magazine character Mr. Lucky who appeared as a Blues Brothers styled  promotional character in the final issues.
