NC sent me an Excel Spreadsheet of its complete history of pre-test draws.
It's shy the last few days.
There are 3 pre-test draws before the live drawings, then the live draw and a post draw. WHEW!

They said that this spreadsheet is only updated about every two weeks and it not officially audited.

It's interesting seeing what numbers were draw before and after the live draw as tests.

Wow tenaj!  Thank you, I thought NC had forgot about your question.  It will be interesting to see what was drawn prior to the actual draw.  Did they tell you what time they do the pre-draw or what time they actual draw the winning number?  I think the 11:22 is just the air time for the numbers not the time they do the draw.

Those will be my next questions.  I tried to get them on the phone and that's why it took so long. But I e-mailed them and they answered right away.

They also answered the question about paying out tickets too.

Retailers are supposed to pay out prizes up to $599, whether or not the ticket was purchased from their location.  Some retailers who are corporately owned have policies in place on how much cash is kept in the registers at any given time.  This policy will limit the amount of cash that can be paid out at these locations; however, they should ask if the player will accept a money order.  If a money order is not acceptable to the player, they can take the ticket to another retail location, nearest claims office,or mail the ticket in for payment.

It is hoped this information is helpful.

Just took a quick look at the pre-test data and now I see why 125 combo have not been draw.  It's been in the pre-test numbers many times and so have a few of the other triples.

Yep, I thought about "what's his name?" when I saw that.  He was always on that number.  I see where some of the pre-test and post numbers hit too.

Thank You Tenaj. I wonder if ncel will have these available on their website. I would enjoy having an updated copy every time one is available

and this is the ENTIRE PURPOSE of pretesting the draws...!!!!!

Like I said..there should be a law against this..this is tampering with the draws..!!!!

I have been playing the 125 combo forever!  I need to hit this number big just to get my money back I know Jordan has and many other. I wonder why the post test?

Tenaj thanks so much for posting this. This is some awesome information. But am I the only one that is PISSED off? If you look at the predraws and post its enough to make you SICK. If we had this info all along we would KNOW when the trips coming..when to play series, doubles, etc. I totally agree this seems like its munipulatingthe draws. The NC draws do have a pattern. I can see it. But when those numbers dont count the pattern is jacked up. I would love for someone to air this on tv and question the lottery about this!! Maybe then they will add more predraws to their predraws!!!! lol Will we be able to get a daily copy of this or at least a weekly update? Why don't they post this on their website like Jordan suggested? Ok let me go cool off. I saw my 951 in the predraw that i've dropped a many of dollars on and went ballistic!!!

Again thanks Tenaj for this info!!!! You may save us all a few dollars!!!

                  Taking my money to SC!!!

Thats mi story and I'm sticking with it....

Hi Jordan - I couldn't remember your name (sorry) when I saw 125 as pre-test.  I knew you liked that number.  They heard you say that you were playing it.LOL  I'm teasing.

But this is the answer I got from them today concerning whether the pre-test draws will be available (daily) on the website.

We would be happy to respond to you to provide the information, ifyou would like to send us an e-mail on a periodic basis. We are unable toprovide on a daily basis because the draw specialists transfer the data onto aspreadsheet from their forms as their schedule permits.

                    Sincerely,

                    Player Information

But I will be writing the lottery commission to see what the protocol is on that.

NC does have a pattern mistory.  You just have to track it with several other states.

Don't email them everyday.  That won't do any good because they don't get the information to put in the spreadsheet but every few weeks.  Then you can go to the NC website under player information and request the history that you are missing.  You have to give them the date range.  Did you make the Excel file searchable?

Ok cool...nope I could not figure it out. Does anyone have a quick way to merge 3 columns on an excel spreadsheet into one? Office XP or 2007? Tenaj I saw a few programs that do it but its not worth the money.
