Two Old retired Tibetan Hor women reveal Secret Numbers

Two Tibetan women in front of the Potala, Lhasa (2005).

After many successful  years playing American Pick -3 games on the INTERNET Cho Woba and her sister Yew Woba are retiring but not before revealing their Secret List of Numbers that have made them both millionaires.

It's true said Dr Ben Simpelton," these two sisters are for real and we have confirmed their bank account numbers and history of success using these secret numbers. The original list of secret numbers have been lost in a recent fire but we have reconstructed a partial list from the sisters. It is unfortunate for the State run lottery games that this has happened at this time but word has already leaked out about the list.

The Woba sisters have retired from the game after several years of making a very good living using their secret list. The sisters now live in Las Vegas and play Blackjack almost every day.

Thanks for reposting this WIN D! And for posting some of the list. I'm curious now to see how well it does. Thanks again!

                                             Science Digest Magazine

Dr Simpleton has released a partial copy to the Science Digest Magazine. The Dr stated, "I have tried this partial list with very good success. Using the list for the last couple of months on all the US and Canadian Pick 3 games the results have been remarkable.

No Double numbers were used on the reconstructed list so we could only play single numbers. Of the 40 or so Single numbers which hit each day we have realized almost a 50% success rate using only these 56 Secret Numbers. The sisters evidently made a good living using the list because we have had winners on almost half the games played each day that had single numbers. The original list of singles that included doubles was lost in the fire. If the State had a single number that day there was a 50/50 chance at a win if there was no double.

Here is a copy of the recently reconstructed list of Secret Numbers revealed by the two sisters to Dr Simpleton .

      234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 239, 245, 246 ,247, 248, 249 ,256, 257, 258, 259 ,267, 268, 269, 278, 279, 289, 345 ,346, 347, 348, 349, 356, 357, 358, 359, 367, 368, 369, 378, 379, 389, 456, 457, 458 ,459, 467, 468, 469, 478 ,479, 489, 567, 568, 569, 578, 579, 589, 678, 679, 689, 789,

Bruce Kilimanjaro has come forward saying that back in 1983 he had invited the 2 Wobe sisters to his country estate for an evening of festivities and suffered many years of heart ache and frustration at the hands of the Hor sisters.

Mr Kilimanjaro went on to say " All I know was we were drinking some really old Yak Milk and the next thing I know it was morning. When I awoke the two sisters and my Pick-3 System were gone and the only thing I had to show for my hospitality was some old tennis magazines and this Blondie wig.

I read in The Tibetian Times today that the judge dismissed his lawsuit against the two women by ruling at the end of trial that even though he got ripped off by the two women at least he got some P&*%! during those cold nights in Tibet so it was a fair exchange of goods...

                           Hello jackpotismine....

I notice that you are from China. Perhaps because you are form China this would be of more interest to you than some silly list.

Because you are from Kunming ... the province of the Yunnan Province that shares a common boarder with the country of Tibet I offer you this information to consider.

                           Enjoy this jackpostismine.

                          Hear Tibet!

                          Self-Determination for the Tibetan People

Hear Tibet! Self-Determination for the Tibetan People

“Self-determination is an inalienable human right. It cannot be denied the Tibetan people.”

Desmond M. Tutu, Archbishop Emeritus of South Africa, Nobel Peace Laureate

Hear Tibet! is dedicated to resolving the conflict between Tibet and China by putting the focus on the Tibetans inside Tibet, who have not, up until now, been able to make their voices heard. In the past the conflict has been a dialog between the Chinese government in Beijing and the Tibetan government-in-exile in Dharamsala, India. It is now time to hear from the Tibetans themselves. For this reason the Tibetan self-determination initiative, Hear Tibet!, is designed to focus the Tibet movement on the issue of self-determination for the Tibetan people.

The right to self-determination is the right of a people to freely determine their political, social, economic and cultural status. This right is anchored in Chapter 1, Article 1 of the United Nation's Charter.  The UN General Assembly specifically declared in Resolution 1723 (XVI) in 1961 that this right applies to the Tibetan people and called on the government of China to allow the Tibetan people to exercise this vital international right, a call which was reiterated in the 1997 International Commission of Jurists' report.

Hear Tibet! is focusing on the Tibetan people's fundamental right to self-determination, the underlying principle rather than any particular implementation. To support this initiative, the Committee of 100 for Tibet helped establish the International Institute for Self-Determination – a think tank whose mission is to provide an objective framework for exploring the process of self-determination for all peoples. The Hear Tibet! strategy is to work to build consensus amongst Tibetans and their supporters around the principle of self-determination and, in doing so, help unify and strengthen the Tibet movement as a whole.

Hear Tibet! is a campaign, not an organization. This campaign is pro-Tibetan, but it is NOT anti-Chinese.

                          What is Hear Tibet!?

Hear Tibet! is a slogan or name for a unified campaign for self-determination for the Tibetan people. "Hear Tibet!" is not the property or effort of any one particular group, but a common resource to be shared by all individuals and groups working for Tibetan self-determination. This website, www.HearTibet.org, is a resource center for individuals and organizations who wish to join the Tibetans' campaign for self-determination. This website will provide messages and visual components that can be incorporated into the efforts of organizations throughout the world to unify and amplify the cause.

On this site you will find:

                          • Information, fact sheets, rationale, arguments, FAQs about self-determination
                          • Resource materials including bumper stickers, logos, slogans and brochures
                          • Style guides covering both textural (content) and visual elements
                          • Links to other organizations supporting self-determination for the Tibetan people

How can your organization support this effort?

                          • Start a new campaign within your organization focusing on the issue of self-determination.
                          • Embed the call for self-determination in your campaigns because it helps to unify them and it addresses the disease whereas the campaigns often attack the symptoms. Many campaigns can be tied back to the issue of self-determination. (For example, "stop the population transfer - let the Tibetan people decide.")

How can you personally support this effort?

                          • Put a shell on your website - the shell is the traditional Tibetan instrument used to call people to action and the sound of the shell is able to banish obstructions to truth and justice
                          • Lobby Tibet support groups and other organizations to support the Hear Tibet! campaign
                          • Donate to any of the organizations supporting self-determination
                          • Raise the issue of self-determination wherever you go
                          • Fly the Tibetan flag!

Which organizations support self-determination for the Tibetan people?

Over forty organizations worldwide have expressed their support for self-determination for the Tibetan people. For more information please visit our list of supporters.

In this exclusive article, Tarini Mehta of Friends of Tibet documents Chinese repression on the Roof of the World, and wonders whether New Delhi’s 'quiet surrender' to China bodes well for the subcontinent."Are we simply going to stand by and watch while a great nation is systematically plundered and destroyed?" she asks.

Over the past few days over a hundred Tibetans protesting Chinese rule over their country have been killed. In the face of this crisis the world has once again woken up to the reality of the Tibet issue. Can we say that the age of colonialism has ended when there are nations still controlled against their will by another?

Tibet, once a sovereign state with a unique system of government, culture, language and religion was invaded in 1949 by 35,000 Chinese troops. What followed was a large-scale massacre of the Tibetan people and their traditions. Over 1.2 million Tibetans have been killed from 1949-79. And now while we watch more numbers will be added to the list. It is also important to note that the Fourth Geneva Convention, which China has ratified makes irrelevant China's claims to sovereignty over Tibet.

Special: Blood on the Roof of the World

Perhaps only older generations of Indians can truly understand what it feels like to be ruled by a foreign nation. We also just recently won our freedom through a movement much like that of the Tibetans, and our nation has been built on the ideals of freedom and democracy. Yet, Tibetans are not allowed to protest against China in India.

Right now hundreds of Tibetans are held prisoner all over India. Their crime? Demanding human rights and freedom. Tibetans are here only because they are refugees, and their sole desire is naturally to return to their homeland. The Indian Government should for the sake of justice allow them to work to get their country back.

The case for the Tibetan movement becomes stronger when we see the kind of life they live under Chinese rule. There is no freedom of assembly, religion or speech. Tibetans cannot even carry pictures of their supreme spiritual leader the Dalai Lama, for a simple crime such as this or even just shouting ‘Free Tibet’ they are given long sentences in prison. Torture is still used in prisons and labour camps in Tibet, even though in 1988 China ratified the UN Convention against torture and other cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment.

In November 2005 the United Nations Special Reporter on torture visited China and Tibet and confirmed that torture was still very widespread, leading to a “culture of fear”. He vividly describes the kinds of torture that take place:

“beatings; use of electric shock batons; guard-instructed or permitted beatings by fellow prisoners; use of handcuffs or ankle fetters for extended periods…submersion in pits of water or sewage; exposure to…extreme heat or cold, being forced to maintain uncomfortable positions…for long, deprivation of sleep, food…water; prolonged solitary confinement; denial of medical treatment and medication; hard labour…suspension from overhead fixtures from handcuffs…”

Many Indians feel sympathetic about the suffering of the Tibetans, but ask why they should endanger themselves for another country. The fact is that by ignoring the situation in Tibet, India is putting itself in grave danger. China’s activities in Tibet since 1949 pose a grave threat as problems in Tibet have major trans-boundary effects.

Nearly half of the global population depends on the rivers of Tibet for survival and one of the most concerning projects being undertaken now is the diversion of the Brahmaputra, which could cause major water shortage in India and Bangladesh. China is also reported to have stationed approximately 90 nuclear warheads in Tibet, and the Ninth Academy, China’s academy for nuclear research located in Amdo, Tibet, has dumped a large quantity of radio active waste in a haphazard, dangerous manner.

The potential for devastation will increase as China continues such hazardous activities. One can only imagine the future crisis this will create. Tibet acted as a buffer zone between India and China and now that this is gone we are open to many dangers. It is in India’s interest if Tibet is returned to the Tibetans and becomes a ‘zone of peace’ as the Dalai Lama wishes.

Are we simply going to stand by and watch while a great nation is systematically plundered and destroyed? Has our government ‘quietly surrendered’ to China as George Fernandes points out in his press statement released today. This issue is not merely a domestic matter between China and Tibet, but as the International Commission of Jurists point out “What is at stake is the very existence of Tibet as a member of the family of nations, and this matter concerns the whole family of nations.”

Before it is too late let us take a stand on this issue, put pressure on governments and support the Tibetan movement for freedom and justice.
