    Well done Raven 495 Box!

    Congrats Raven on 495 Boxed

    Party

I am in disbelief over the fact that V4 (3 or 8 ) has not appeared yet!

We are talking literally 10 days after tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never seen anything like it since I started tracking V numbers and their history of the past year or so.

To put it into perspective, it is like a single number in a SPECIFIC position being out more than 200 days. Or something like when you convert the odds.

I think I am seriously done trying to make predictions or follow any patterns.

It is a TOTAL CRAPSHOOT with ODDS that almost as bad as a one arm bandit and Prizes that completely suck!

    See ya All Later!

        Good call tonight Raven, congrats!

        Flamarko...I understand your frustration!!!!

Tonight made it 4 days in a row for a 2 digit return. I don't remember ever seeing that before.

I don't know what the FL lottery does, whether it is that they change ball sets very often or not, but for

a ball drawn lottery, they appear to run RNG results........

In my opinion, if they keep having crazy results as they have had recently, they will have to go to 4 draws a day to generate any revenue.

When it becomes a question of food or gas or the lottery...........I think you know what I mean......

I don't fully understand FLA Lotterys pre-game practices.

But I can bet you they do have some super computer analyzing incoming bets on various number sets being played. And maybe even a system that spits out QUICK PICKS for many of those out there who like QPicks (they are MANY!!!!) that represent the LEAST LIKELY numbers too hit.

                        ---------

Anyway... I just know before 2008. I had a lot more winning nights due to PAIR PLAYS and BOX plays than now. I have been actively playing the Cash 3 since 1995 here in Florida.

                        Just seems really odd...

                        -----------------

                        So , tonight...

Again I choose "8" Doubled Box combos:

                        881, 811, 883, 833, 887, 877, 882, 822

                        and 888

I won't say how much I am putting on these. But trust me... It will be enough to want to book a 14 day Mediterranean cruise if they WIN...........

                        GOOD LUCK ALL!

                          flamarko,

This is a response I received from the Fla Lottery, back in Jan. 08. They claim, they have always did pre-tests. I don't believe that, not in Cash 3 and Play 4. They may have checked the machines to make sure they were working right, but not doing actual draws. I think this all started, when they changed the lottery contractor, somewhere around October of 2005. I called and requested copies of the pre-tests, but never received them. If you noticed ,they never answered the real question, which was when did you start doing pre-draws???

                          Dear Mr.
As a follow-up to your recent e-mail, please note that the method of pre-testing has always been a part of the On-line drawing procedures.  Since the Florida Lottery first On-line drawing (LOTTO: May 1988), testing both machines and ball sets has been a standard method of verification by both the independent auditor and the Florida Lottery sworn law enforcement officer witnessing the night's drawing.  Official records are kept, however it has never been the established procedures to post such info, as this information is public record is is obtainable through the Office of Security.  More detailed information about the drawing system can be obtain via the primary Lottery Draw Manager, Ray Brown.

Hopefully we have answered your questions.

Something goes on behind the scenes that they never really want to talk about.

I am sure the actual DRAW itself is good.

But I have heard about these PRE-DRAWS from a lottery rep. in a conveniencve store once.

They will test the balls several times.

And if they get repeats. They will switch out the balls.

                            My problem is..

How many pre-draws can they do before they get the result they want?

Imagine if your picks were drawn on the 2nd run of a pretest (and you were a fly on the wall there).

                            And it didn't count.

And something tells me that if an average GROUP out there in a BINGO style parlor simulated a PICK 3 game, say every 5 minutes a new draw.

Applying the same TREND ANALYSIS, many of us do here, many would be hitting a lot more frequently than they do in the real STATE run Pick 3 game.

But of course, this would be ILLEGAL and only GOVERNMENT can be the controlling hand!
