not sure about a software for key numbers.
However there is something to notice when looking for at least 2 numbers or 3 for that matter in pick 4.
I look at the recent pick 3.
Sounds silly but it is something easily back tested and you will be amazed.
What to look for....Notice on March 23/24 midday how this state had digit 6 in same position?
It tells me that the other four digits will come out together.. probably in only groups of three...I double one of the digit to find a combo to run. As in 0233 0223 0023 0255 0025 0225 0355 0335 0035
.. the 023 fell as 0223
