This is the last audition for the Derby.  In this race finishing in the money will decide if a few of these horses qualify in earnings to be entered in the Derby.  Expect a capacity field for that race.

The Lexington is a 1 1/16 mile race on an all weather track at Keeneland (9th Race).  It's a Grade 2 with a purse of $325K.

The pace will be slightly fast with co-front runners, Samba Rooster and St. Joe.  In the first 12 races at this distance this meet, pace Pressers have won 5 times (73% more than average).  The best of those and also the fastest of the bunch is # 1 Attoned (3/1).  His rail post position won't hurt either.  Two late runners, # 5 Raceway Rhapsody (9/2) and # 8 Tomcito (6/1) will be flying down the stretch and should be close at the wire.

I'll pick 'em in that order:

#1 Attoned

# 5 Racecar Rhapsody

# 8 Tomcito

Good luck to all players!
