  I suggest using sfilippo's Pick 4 Pirate for last digit.  The hits are there.

  These numbers are also good in Pick 3 .  Sometimes change 1 digit.

  I downloaded his Pick 4 and dont have a clue how to use it,I guess I'm just a little nieve when it comes to these instructions.I would love to make some money because I've been so ripped off by the Tennessee lottery.I guess we all have that live here.....

  I use Rhode Island number from saturday drawing, get hit frequency for last 20 draws and input in Pick 4 Pirate.  These numbers last all week. You should see the hits.

  this  week I am using the frequency numbers of 4025378691.  Hope this will help.
