  Go here and look for the details on the $1 ticket "Lucky Dog". It put a whopping 81.25% of sales back into prizes. To put that into perspective, only one other state offers a game with an 80%+ payout, that's Massachusetts with their $10 and $20 scratch-offs. And as you've just seen, the game in WV is only $1. Just letting you know of a great deal.
