Illinois has a Replay for Riches promotion going, and this time around you can log your losing tickets in online.

Pick 3, 4, 5, and 6 and MM and certain scratchers are eligible.

When you go to the page to log your tickets in, if you select pick 3 or pick 4, the default setting for the ticket amount is $.50

The question is, is the average Pick 3 and 4 ticket sale 50 cents?

Just curious.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

The default in NJ is $.50 for P3 & P4, str, boxed or wheeled (combo) per bet.  Whereas in NY you tell the clerk what you're betting before the the number (no default amount).
