I wished someone from Tennessee lottery office would answer this for me,ha ha.I was just wondering if they see what is played and if they see to many numbers played they play the opposite? I bet they do..if you think they are computer picked you are in a big shock lottery players.....if it was no one would ever win...I bet the lottery officals go home every night (or in their offices) go up on their 3 floor bedrooms, sit in their hot tubs with candles lite, having a <snip>tail reading the lottery post predictions and deciding what numbers to play....oh I know a dart board ,or a spinning wheel. They are all dart board champion thrower.......Dont you just love it?

I don't know if they do that or not but I do know that something weird is going on..I do suppose if a person only played the combinations with the numbers 0-6 in them, they would probably win 75% of the time.  Their pattern even if computer generated makes so sense at all.  It is almost like they are picking out the numbers as the low payouts will show.

If you know your number is going to hit, have patience and then KILL IT!

You never know when you will get another hit.

from 7/23/2008 to 8/23/2008 the total payout was 2,325,420.00 average daily payout is 38,757.00

from 7/23/2006 to 8/23/2006 the total payout was 2,201,920.00 average daily payout was 37,964.00

In 2005 there was no midday drawings so no accurate daily figures would count.
in 06 they were drawing balls i think and not computers. A difference of 793.00 is all that separates the two months apart from 06 and 08 I'm pretty sure that every other month would average out as well.

So in fact the payouts for Aug. 08 are higher by 793.00 than they were in 06 I didn't do 07 because they were still drawing numbers by computer and didn't see a need to compare them.

I took the figures from Tennessee and dropped them in excel to get these figures.

I'm sure if you did a month by month comparison the figures would average out as well. It seems people are still betting the games and some are making money. To say the payouts are lousy isn't really the case there about the same on average as two years ago for the month of  July and Aug.

Big John says. You don't hit the number. The number hits you!!!!

Weird things happen, they just do...

        For example, in FL eve this set of 30 straightnumbers has just vanished from existance: 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 313, 314, 315, 316, 317, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, 403, 404, 405, 406, 407, 413, 414, 415, 416, 417, 423, 424, 425, 426, 427

None of these have been drawn for 503 draws, they are 15.15 times due, highly irregular for a set of 30 structured numbers to be that much due...

The structure is LLL and LLH + IOI (InOut)

        cheers
