I was reading a story online, that Limerick in Ireland "has become the lottery capital of Europe". Anonymity is an option and most winners choose it, when will US lotteries give people the same choice?
The winners, who can remain anonymous, will have to wait until Monday to claim their prize when the National Lottery office in Dublin reopens. Paula McEvoy of the National Lottery urged the winners to treat the ticket like cash. “Sign the back of it and keep it in a safe place. There are 90 days to collect the prize but the winner can talk to us in confidence before that,” she said.
