Are all lotto games (jackpot games only) $1 each for every state? Just curious....

Yes for the most part unless they include an extra feature like a multiplier if you win.  Ohio replaced their Super Lotto Plus (6/49+1) with the Lot'O Play (5/100) game which had a $2 ticket but after a year it was replaced by Classic Lotto (6/49) which cost $1.  Some states still have the 2play for $1 jackpot games.  $2 tickets seem to be more attractive as a scratch-off game.

     * you don't need to buy more tickets, just buy a winning ticket *

In Tx all jackpot games, ie; 2 Step, Lotto, Cash 5 are $1 for each play. MM is $1 plus $1 for megaplier if a player wants it.

I believe there are some states that have 2 plays for $1, but you have to play $1. Not sure what those states are.
