Yes. I was taught that by a very good numbers player years ago. Some folks flip a 6 to a 9, bird like a 7 for a 4, we all have our ways. Usually if I play 2 -3 bucks on a number I like with a zero I put .50 or a buck on it with a one as a sort of back up. Especially 058, 069 & 059, which are a lot of the time near a triple number. Vice versa - 519 becomes 509 too, when I play. It has saved me many times over the years like when I know the 2 digit number from playing 30 - 40 years ago in the night house.
Night house was the street numbers game. It only played straight numbers from 1 to 100. The number that won came from a particular race track in Florida, certain race winners. I never did figure out how they came up with a number with a 0 in it. There was no zero dog in a race but the game was not legal so no one complained. It was popular long before official lottery games. You had an Old Grampa book or a Aunt Sally book that listed dream terms with 1 - 2 digit numbers. Those old numbers are still good ones. When the Ga lottery started with cash 3 we just added a 0 or a 1 untill we could get the new books or learned the 3 digit numbers for a dream by keeping a record of what fell for what dream term. We also 'doubled up' a 2 digit number for the cash 3 game. Like 26 was for sister. We found 226 hit. And 37 for fish became 377. I you saw an argument you played 22 and backed it up with 2 & 20. In cash 3 it became 200, 202, 222, back up with 212, 201, 211. That was many years ago and has been refined to play less numbers in my small group of lottery friends. I find the old folks ways worked. Sadly, they are almost all gone now. I sure miss those people that taught me so much. When I hit big I remember my good friend and take a pkg over to her daughter and grandchildren.
Lot of words for a yes or no answer. I ramble. Old folks do that.
as they fell in the past, Ga first. 1=0, 0=1
