I don't have any specific advice to offer because I don't use that software, but I do know that it will be difficult or impossible for even a seasoned user of that software to help without any kind of information about what happened on your computer or what the symptoms are.
It's like going to the doctor and saying "I have a problem".
Have you tried contacting the software's author and/or support site? Most larger software packages have some kind of assistance online, and nobody could provide better assistance than the author themself.
