Do lottery players make better bingo players or do lottery players tend to avoid playing the bingo games?   Not talking about the random bingo game here or there, but playing bingo seriously on a regular basis.

Is bingo a legitimate form of lottery or an entirely different game?

Hi Bob, I've played bingo in the past, but had no success with it whatsover.. Bingo gets expensive if a person plays on a regular basis, I never did because of the expense..

I never played that much. Maybe once or twice within the past 10 years. So, I'm not really an active player.

Played it few times. Liked it at first, but the place had a lot of people smoking, and the announcer called the numbers too fast to keep up.

Last time i play bingo was like 15 years ago, but I love bingo by now i forgotten how some of the ways you win in bingo...I think bingo is the cousin to the lottery...In the lottery you have a chance to try and influence your outcome [e.i research, wheels, etc] but in bingo you don't...What i wish they did was modify the size of the cartons/cards and pay more for the jackpot..Bingo in the past 15 years have become expensive...I remember we used to play bingo for 5 cents even 3 cents the cards even 1 cent when we were broke with my neighboors where i grew up, now 1 card cost you 1 & 2 dollars...

What is bingo and casinos i feel are the cousin to the lottery....is a fun game....But they need to serve foods have big screen tv have music where they play it which they don't [you know the player stands up instead of hollowering "Bingo!", plus the numbers are announced on a big tv screen through a computer program]...I will rather gather and play a game of bingo than gather and watch the superbowl despite that i don't like football...my sport is soccer...

i also rather play bingo than poker or any card game...

I played it a few times but the people were so noisy and the place so crowded that I didn't like it even though I won once....much rather stick with the lottery.

The announcer would ask the people to be quiet so we could hear the numbers being called but it didn't do much good so I thought they were a very rude bunch of people.

They should replace Keno with Bingo....They should also offer bingo in the casinos, like if it pays 100 dollars each time then like 20 or 30 dollars is deducted of each winner or something and goes to the casino...

I don't see the fun in at home poker games or at home card games...

I used to play bingo online, never played in an actual sit down place because all I ever heard about was how loud people were.  I would rather sit back and enjoy the computerized caller.  The most I won at one time was a $8,308 jackpot.  I have also hit jackpots a little bit smaller but nothing less than $1,000.  Only came out of my pocket with $25 per month for 3 months and racked up around 18 grand.  I have won more money playing bingo than the lottery, hey I might need to go back to doing that...

They do offer bingo at Indian casinos. I've been a couple of times but it's an awfully long session, 4 hours. Never won anything and it's a lot of work keeping up with about 15 cards they give you. It was an experience,I'll say that much and people take it pretty seriously with all their special marker pens and tote bags. It was very affordable considering it cost only $17.

The same 4 hours playing in the regular casino would've broke the bank (especially Indian casinos because they are tight!) It's cheap entertainment but I'd rather play keno anyday!

                      Good question,BobP!

I thought about it, but I spend enough money on the lottery.

I imagine it is a form of lottery.

i was saying that those 24,000 would be what the casino would have made in 4 hours...Same thing witht he 9,600 dollars the casino will have made that amount in  4 hours...

the odds of winning at least 1 time in bingo are better than playing pick3 it think..Provided  that i think in PIck3 there have to be 500 losers before there is 1 winner and to win the same amount.....At least in PIck3 to win the same amount of 100 dollars there have to be 120 losers for you to win that amount in Pick3, while in bingo it is easier....
