A way to “verify “ your numbers or generate new numbers to play in your pick 3 game is to do some easy addition and subtraction….and using methods posted by members of this board, one I use in all my workouts is WinD’s “Old Man Zero Trick”, found here…..

http://www.lotterypost.com/print-topic.asp?tp=173423

OK, let’s get to it…. The methods I use often work for me but because this is gambling, sometimes they don’t…….

The chart below lists winning pick 3 numbers from Oklahoma

With 680 being from the most current draw…680 was derived from the previous draw of 172… 1+7=8

7+1+2 = 10

7-1=6

Numbers to play are 810, 806, 816...further, I look at the winning numbers for the previous weeks play for the day I want to play…Looking at my chart, on Thursday 657 was played. Replaying the “6” I reduced 3 sets of numbers down to 2 sets. 806 and 816. Apply WinD’s trick, 0 played 2 days ago….skipped a day so look for it the next day……680

Another one……172 could be derived from last Wednesday’s play of 657 and Tuesday’s play of 730…..

7-6=1

7-5=2

Replay the 7 because it played Tuesday and the previous Wednesday…..172

Mon            Tue          Wed          Thu              Fri            Sat            Sun

 853 730 172 680 859 692 657 657 109 547 140 850 041 498 666 882 537 777

I don’t know how my method applies to computer generated numbers, but it seems to work often in Oklahoma and Texas.

Thanks Woody.

If you line up your past draws in rows instead of columns it is much easier to see the relationship of the numbers I was talking about........

Still trying to wrap myself around when to add, subtract, etc. I tried this yesterday but still came up with way too many numbers to play. Obviously I still don't have the method down.

Shawn, what I look at is the previous days play and for today (Sat) I look at the previous Sat play.(the reason I have my spread sheet set up in rows starting Mon and going through Sun) Makes it easier to read. More than not I will subtract the smallest number from the larger number and look to see if the product was played yesterday or a week ago.....If it was it's a good indicator it will come back..Of course I always use WinD's rule regarding "0"..........

Good Luck!

Thanks Woody! I'll look into it further. There's gotta be a way for us to break Oklahoma (and help some others in the process).
