The "Target" numbers are called that because they should be the biggest group of pick 3 numbers.
The doubles are Red, the triples are Fuchsia, the Targets are Dark Blue, the Target doubles have a light Blue background.
But we should not take the Target doubles as being Target numbers, as they are doubles and fewer, besides doubles are kind of separate from the singles.
Of course, a person can target all high or all low or all even or all odd, but then he or she might not win as often and you would need to have an idea when those might come out, which might not be so easy.
There might even be times when the target numbers won't come out for many draws, unless both daily draws are combined.
The same with the doubles, they might not come often at times unless both daily draws are combined and even then sometimes won't come often, but at times they will come out way too often.
