I am looking for a freeware program that can help me track the skips for each position in my local pick 3. Anyone know of a good one? NOTE: I don't want anything that can only be used by "registering" it (so they can spam me and sell my email address to others who will spam me).
Also, a friend of mine says he has a program that tells him - for whichever game he's playing (I didn't ask) - when a number is "due." I have heard this term before, but I am still not sure what it means. What exactly makes a number "due?" Does it have anything to do with the skip?

The only thing that's free about a lottery program on the web is the link to the website that sells it.
* you don't need to buy every combination, just the winning ones *

To call a number due does depend on the skip when doing positional search or any order position. Some players call them due on max skip.
To demostrate.
the 3 in position one is longest out by position in S.C.
If you look at the skips you see different levels where they hit.S.C. mid & eve combined
records searched 4419
total hit 419
avg hit frequency 10.55
skips since last hit 34
least skips 0
most skips between hits 73we have 73 most out. are we going to wait that long if it occurs again to reach that level.
see different search data below where I have tracked position one by itself to give give skip level percentages.

now I would call that due but when will it hit.
copy and paste this to a notepad and the columns will properly align

I am looking for a freeware program that can help me track the skips for each position in my local pick 3. Anyone know of a good one? NOTE: I don't want anything that can only be used by "registering" it (so they can spam me and sell my email address to others who will spam me).
Also, a friend of mine says he has a program that tells him - for whichever game he's playing (I didn't ask) - when a number is "due." I have heard this term before, but I am still not sure what it means. What exactly makes a number "due?" Does it have anything to do with the skip?

The software I use is not freeware.
I am not the creator of the program. This is a program I purchased.
I only did a demonstration for the question asked on skips.
Numbers are where you find them.

Fri, Apr 24, 2009 0-8-1 3-6-7 Looks like it hit the next day.
That still leaves the question unanswered.
Do we use all draw history?
partial draw history?
What skip level to call it at?Numbers are where you find them.
