The way the numbers have been falling and with the gripes people have with the actual drawing I believe that there is a lot of hanky panky going on with NCEL. Store owners cashin in on scratch off, there really need to be a greater overlook with the lottery. There is a lot of money in the pots.
Yogibear look at "Dateline" tonight...they have something about what goes on illegally in the lottery on there tonight.
They set someone up and the clerk fell for it and kept the winning ticket and they caught her & confronted her with it...she told them she found it and her daughter told a different story...they should have gotten their story straight with each other but they didn't think anyone would catch them.
She had given a winning ticket to her daughter after telling the "Dateline informer" that he didn't win & when she cashed it they were waiting for her.

Good these cheating clerks needs to be fired. I had a food lion clerk who tried to steal my p3 numbers. I had gotten about $28 worth all begin .50 exact or any, so that would create a little stack. I didn't notice that some were missing. I took a break and started going through my numbers and noticed that some of my numbers were missing, so i called the store and asked if some of my tickets were there. The clerks and the managers were searching and claimed they couldnt find them. So when i finished my job, i went back to the store, before the (day) drawing and asked the clerk who ran my tickets, and if he seen my tickets. And i guess cause i didnt look like i was there to be played with, of all miracles he found my tickets and gave me someone elses tickets from the night before. Thats why you cant trust people, you MUST know what you won, and dont leave it up to anyone to tell you what you won. READ the instructions on the scratch off cards! I know what i win, and store clerks are only getting scratch offs to redeem up to 500 dollars, i tell them what i won on the card when i give it to them. Anything over 500 dollars is going to the lottery officials, so i dont need the store clerks to tell me that i won anything over 500 dollars. Hopefully somebody will see the dateline special or read what im saying and just pay attention!
