Need some expert mathmatical assistance.
Gap Strategy is an alternative number generation system using the variances in several different, but related data streams.
Many of the data streams consist of three different numbers that change according to variations in other streams.
Here is situation where I would appreciate some help and recommedations.
Stream length: 238 instances

Question: What is the next number?
Are there mathmatical formulae that might help?
Note: While the next number could be one of several under consideration, it is not a lottery number, per se. It's
just one 9 or 10 numbers under consideration.
Based on the above data, my intuition suggests '3' is the next number.
Any help would be appreciated.
