What do you mean by scam? Can you elaborate?
This has been my experience:-
They take your bets and give you a receipt via email. If you win or lose, they send you an email letting you know.
When you register you have to go through a company named click to pay, for Non US customers. Click to pay allows you to open an account, but they call to verify the card before they open the account. You transfer funds to Click to pay and then to betslips. Once you verify your account with click to pay by sending them verification of your physical address, they send you a debit card. If you win...you withdraw from any ATM worldwide.
I have played with them since August 2008.
