The test draws...I read PA does multiple test draws before each drawing, it was actually surprising to me when I found that information. I also
read that while the draw is done in roughly 60 seconds, the prep time is about 3 hours before each drawing in which time they do the testings.
I've read things here about test draws in other states and how people feel about them. Disgruntled is a good word - skeptical might be another.
As far as tracking goes...I do not get involved as much with pick 4 as I do with pick 3....but even with the test draws for pick 3, there are reliable
methods to track pick 3. Anyone who spends much time with pick 4 tracking should be able to tell you the same. The results for the test draws
aren't shown so we would never know if 2 out of 3 draws contained hot numbers or all 3 draws contained cold numbers. I don't think there
can be any compensation for not knowing what the test draw results are....we have to track and work with the actual draw number since that's
all we see. Many times, the numbers are following patterns they should be.
I do not believe that adding another digit to the mix is changing much - ie: pick 3 over pick 4 - the numbers behave certain ways until they
change machines...change balls. Some investigation into patterns of hot/cold, eee/ooo/oee/eoo, hhhl, llll, hhhh, hhll, lllh, sums......would most
likely lead to a conclusion that different machines/balls were being used if a stark difference in patterns/sums/etc were being seen. So, in other
words, I don't think I'd consider the test draws in any wheeling/system I would be using because we do not see those results to incorporate
them into any system or tool we use.
Thank goodness for pick 3s sake alone, I don't have to know what the other draws were each day. I wouldn't try to compensate for anything
more than what the actual draws are showing.
Good luck and I hope you hit a nice straight big 4!
