  I am the luckiest guy in life, but when it comes to playing the lottery I am not.

  I could play 90% of all powerball combinations and the winning combination would be in 10% I didn't play.

  Good Luck requires smart moves: which isn't the same as working hard.
  
  Take some of the randomness out of Luck by taking an active role.
  
  To improve your Luck, you need to meet good people and be willing to take risks.

     Also luck seems to improve the more you believe you're lucky and have faith can win the lottery.
