i'm trying to use jokers 17 stratagy but i can't make up my mind of which state to use i live in  pa. i don't know if i want to go with new jersey ?/ newyork ?/ delawere really i dont know which one will give me a better result.

      hey destinycreation jokers 17 strategy is to look at other states pick 3 number drawings and compair them and try to pick out pairs that match other states  like front pairs or back pairs  that are repetting over and over then he just plays the front pairs or back pairs and adds 0 thru 9 in the front or back of them thats it and from what i've been reading people are getting wins after wins using the method.
