I was just curious, has anyone here in Ohio thought about the New Year's Raffle (aka Raffle to Riches) the lottery has each year?
In the past, the cost of one ticket was $20.00 but I know the lottery website had asked for people's input this past summer as to what they feel the price of a ticket should be, prize tiers, etc., so I'm wondering if the price will still be $20.00 per ticket once it is announced.
I use to take $20.00 from each paycheck and buy a ticket but I'm doing it differently this year. I started with my July 10th paycheck and am holding back $20.00 per paycheck and I'm going to buy mine all at once. I've got $100.00 saved for it so far and as long as they don't sell out right away, which they usually don't, I should have $260.00 for it with my last paycheck in December. I want to try to get a "block" of numbers in a row if possible.
Anyone else consider this game? If so, how do you usually play it?
