In Thomas Jodzio's Pick3Edge, he describes a system whereby following a double hit, the player plays numbers containing a 0 or 1 for the next play. This may be a profitable system on some circuits and a loser on others. To get some kind of indication as to how well this prediction works on you circuit, I created a program to track the occurences of zeros or ones following a double hit, given a past draw file. Below is the thread for downloading the program, which I have called doublesZerosAndOnes.

Download the program to a working folder and prepare a past draw text file called drawsP3.txt. The past draw file should have one entry per line, latest on top and oldest on bottom. There should be no spaces or other characters. Next click on the icon doublesZerosAndOnes. You'll see a window pop up with a text that looks something like:
There are 102 draws in the file.
How many do you want to track?
Enter the number you want to track(for example 50). You'll now see a message that looks something like:
Number of doubles in 50 draws were 16
Number of 0,1, hits that followed doubles were 7
Enter any key to exit
From this information we have learned that over the last 50 draws, we would have won 7 out of 16 plays if we would have played numbers with 0 or 1 following a double hit. WIth some additional filtering this might be a profitable system.
Comments welcomed.
