I have observed that when I review the CT Pick 4 draws that are approximately 10 days prior to the current or present time drawings of Tx, the CT draws have at least two and alot of cases three like numbers to the draws of Texas.

For example: 10/09/2009 Texas Draw Pick 4 Midday=6389   Evening=3485

                      09/29/2009 CT Draw Pick 4 Midday=4863

I have also used the Hoosier Lottery for additional support to get closer to my picks. I look at both midday and eve draws from CT as well as the pick 3 draws from the same dates for pick 4.

Because the numbers are pulled every day (except Sunday, for Tx) and you have a 10-day window, there are actually more ways to have a combo from one state with 2 or 3 numbers in common with a combo drawn in another state, in the 10 day range, than not to. You will find that same thing occurs in any two p4 games that each play 5 or more times a week.

    Two ways to test this:

    A) pick any 10 drawings from one state and 10 from another and look for common pairs.

    B) pick 10 drawings from one state and then (try to) create every combination that does not have at least two numbers in common with any of those 10 drawings.

In neo-conned Amerika, bank robs you.
Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms should be the name of a convenience store, not a govnoment agency.
